What you might want to do is.... (this is an Advance) Open your pc.. Before doing that, I tried the system restore option from the boot menu and it worked fine. this advice above actually worked, and I didnt have to reset to defaults, or reformat. I did a fresh install and still got the same problem. I did do a lot of research reading other threads on this forum and using Google, and the majority of info I read indicated faulty RAM. However if that doesnt help or does no good.. My Computer Keeps Locking As there weren't any other drives available during the update, it must have defaulted back to C.

I am not convinced I presume that the connection of the LCD to the mother board is the culprit it went loose that is how they quickly fixed it.
