I have tried deleting all tasks in the task scheduler, ending all unneeded processes, did a virus scan with 2 different antiviruses, and only letting windows run certain programs at startup. I hope people who have this problem of losing focus on windows randomly read this post before wasting any more time on it. So I've had this issue for a few days now.
