July 12, 2011 BigYin Hi Peeps. Install XP on the New Partition Now that you know how to create a new partition on your Windows 7 machine, it’s time to install XP on it. Both fixboot and fix mbr do not correct my problem. When done I rebooted, and there was GRUB's menu, ugly black and white, but it booted into Xubuntu fine.
