If you own another available DVD drive, please connect it to the computer and boot using the installation CD. After replacing it with a Radeon X1650Pro card, Windows started right up. If you feel lazy doing this which I understand, remove the other two hard drives and just leave one in there to install windows. I think I wasn't clear - this is a brand new home built computer. W7 loads, works as it should, and all 4GB RAM show in BIOS. When I run the Windows 7 Home Premium OEM disc I get past "loading files" and then freeze on "starting windows".
